Holster for 1911 Government style frame

Pattern looks kind of cool. If you like it, is all that matters.To each their own I suppose.
But to be honest, for me, that holster doesn't really work for the 1911.

Pattern's cool, but the holster itself looks like it would be more suitable for a revolver, just my opinion.

That looks like an old G.W. Davis ipsc rig from the 70-80s era ? can you tell us about it.

That's what I was thinking also. Kind of what I meant by doesn't really work for the 1911.

Many thanks for your opinion and suggestion. I'm in the process of designing one for a revolver. I'll post it when completed.
