Talking Will This Guy Ever Learn To Stop?

TODAY WE BESTOW FOUR BONEHEAD AWARDS
Will This Guy Ever Learn To Stop?

Bonehead award one, a “stupidest lawsuit in the world” bonehead award, goes to Rod Yellon, an associate professor at the University of Manitoba, Canada, who has spent the last 5 years fighting a ticket for running a “Stop” sign on the grounds that the word “Stop” is too vague and that there is no standard for calibrating and testing “Stop” signs. A judge finally dismissed his claim.

But wait! There’s more.

He still won’t stop … again.

Yellon is now back in court claiming that his right to a fair trial had been violated.

Driving At The Speed Of Stupidity
"What's amazing is that somebody would even go 78 mph with 300 pounds of pot in the back seat -- and it was an Escort!"

Comment made by Florence, Kentucky police Lt. Tim Chesser about the arrest of Noberto Salinas of Saginaw, Michigan, our “too dumb to be a criminal” bonehead award winner who was pulled over for speeding and then arrested when the officer smelled marijuana in the car.

Utter Poor Judgment
Bonehead award three goes to a Nanjin, China woman who ordered 3,000 barrels of milk over three months, in the name of a local university, because she feared that her boyfriend, a dairy company sales manager, would be called back to the head office due to poor milk sales.

At Least It’s A New Record For Circling The English Channel
Bonehead award four goes to a British yachtsman who abandoned his round-the-world voyage after it took him 130 days just to leave the English Channel. It should only take half that time to sail around the entire globe.

His log repeatedly had the entry, "A quick turn around and yes, you've guessed it, back in St Malo.”
