Here's the exercise program I am using to stay in shape this year. You might want to take it easy at first, then do it faster as you become more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some. Doglips...I'm on that same program. I start by lying on my back at night in bed with my eyelids shut. In the morning I open them slowly in the middle of the night when mother nature makes me stumble in the pitch dark to the bathroom. Dang(is this word allowed)! That's a lot of exercise for an old geezer like me.
