The children had all been photographed, and the teacher was trying to persuade them each to buy
a copy of the group picture. "Just think how nice it will be to look at it when you are all grown up
and say, 'There's Jennifer, she's a lawyer,' or 'That's Michael, he's a doctor.'
A small voice at the back of the room rang out, "And there's the teacher, she's dead."

Don't say that about me. I'm still kick'in. I must have had a bunch of students in the 29 years I was teaching. Let's see...29 yrs X as many as 80 students in classes every year...that's a bunch. Sort of miss most of them, too. Bet many are doing something really worthwhile in life, too,...which is more than some did when they were in my dog house.
