Posted on Mon, Apr. 25, 2005 Man pleads guilty in French fries rage Associated Press DuBOIS, Pa. - A man who angrily berated fast-food employees when a drive-thru clerk told him the restaurant was out of French fries pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 45 days in jail. Gregg Luttman, of DuBois, pleaded guilty to assault, resisting arrest, institutional vandalism and other charges stemming from the confrontation on New Year's Day at a Burger King restaurant. Luttman made an obscene gesture at a drive-thru clerk, cursed at restaurant staff and nearly hit an employee with his truck after workers told Luttman the restaurant had run out of French fries and onion rings, said police in Sandy Township, Clearfield County. When police tried to arrest Luttman, he scuffled with officer and kicked out the back window of a police cruiser, police said. In addition to jail time, Luttman last week was fined $150 and ordered to serve two years' probation.

|  Dummy could've simply stopped into McDees or whatever other burger joint is nearby - they tend to build them close together. I don't care for Burger Whopper's fries since they changed the recipe anyway. Now, Rally's makes some great fries! Cajun spicy!

| Mc donnalds' had the worst food. i say that from experience as i worked there for a few weeks. also, they people working there are so fatt they have to grease-up the tables just so they can get through. he should've gone to Wendy's, they focus on Quality.

| i know, right? i usually just get the chicken sammach and a great biggie fry. i love their proportions, too. Junior, Biggie, Great Biggie. i love the word "Biggie," and use it every chance i get. "crawdad, that's like biggie shrimp, yeah?" "only shrimp don't have claws." "unless they're claw-shrimp." "claw shrimp." "yeah, big as a man." "i'm going to stab you now." "fair enough." anyway, i practically lived on the stuff for a good two years.

| I recently tried Wendy's new Mozzarella Cheeseburger Supreme, or what ever it's called. Okay, but I'll stick to the good ol' Number Two - the regular double cheese burger. Wendy's fries are nothing special, but better than BK's. Anybody tried the Chili lately? Part of the new 'finger food menu' . . .

| im surprised how often people DO get upset over food like that. my aunt's boyfriend (back then) went to mcdonalds and they gave him onion rings instead, so he threw it in their face and took off... and promptly got pulled over by the cops for it apparently he didnt get charged or fined which im amazed about. i tend to stay away from fried food though... know too many people who work there and tell things, and when i helped my parents manage a motel one of the regular customers came in and told us that he got a FRIED dragonfly in his fries at hardees... he went back to tell them just so they would change the oil *they dont change it* and they REFUSED TO TALK TO HIM. apparently that annoyed him so he went higher up. didnt go for money, but the store is now closed and has a pizza place where the hardees used to be... |

| do you people in foreign states have the big two?? in-n-out and fat burger?> I also demand that every Kalifornian try Farmer Boys ASAP. Farmer Boys is probably the single best. But I travel for work so I hit all the major burger places, rally, hardees (before and after) caRlos Junior (inside joke) sonic, etc... even white castle which is HIGHLY overrated.
