That's what they plant for hedge rows around here. Keeps erosion down. < Think they are a pain and not very fun to hit with a mower. ^ Could collect a basket of them and practice pitching at turtles. Although, most are just growing wild now and not really used for much except to feed to crickets to kill them. And, I think maybe for firewood as they burn really hot.
