This supposedly is a true story, and I'm reciting it by memory from an e-mail I got a couple years back, so bear with me...

A little old lady found a burglar in her house, and she didn't know what to do. In panic, she blurted out "Acts 2:45!"

The burglar froze. He waited patiently while she called the police and did not put up a fight as they arrested him. He stayed quiet as they took him to the station. They asked him why he had the sudden change of heart after the reference to the Bible verse.

"Huh? I thought she said she had an ax and two .45's!"
