We have them honery creatures here in WA State, but they're not native. Some "hick" from down South wanted to hunt 'em and brought some up and released 'em into the wild so he could hunt 'em.

I don't know whether they're native or not, but we have some fat ones around here. They'll win a stare-down with the cats for a bowl of food every time, so I figure the cats know something...
