Sarah Palin Wins Nobel Prize for Literature: World Stunned


The world was stunned today at the announcement that Sarah Palin won the Nobel Prize for Literature, even though her first book "Going Rogue" has yet to hit news stands.


"I was shocked," said Palin. "I didn't even know the Nobel committee knew how to read!"


The world reaction was mixed. Some suggest it was "too soon" and that Palin had yet to build any significant "body of work," but others took it as a "call to action."


"I guess they want me to write more books," Palin was quoted as saying.
Most world leaders had mixed reaction to the news.


The Japanese Prime Minister was quoted as saying "Sarah who?"


Russian leader Putin had a different reaction. "You know, on a clear day, I can see her house from my country."


David Letterman could not be reached for comment as he was busy getting the foot surgically removed from his mouth.

Hillery Clinton & Michelle Obama both were quoted as saying "That _ _ _ _ _ !

Chris Matthews was not available for comments, as he was still hiding under his desk.

The MSM, minus FOX news, failed to report this.

This bit of humor is far more believable than bobo winning for his broad body of no-work. Remember, there is a months long work-up to the award - bobo was nominated for this gold-plated turd after only TWO WEEKS in office. Not only had he done NOTHING but run for office during his entire freshman term in the Senate, he hadn't yet done anything with regard to the Porkulus Bill, the Billion Dollars Giveaway to the failed auto industry, or the majority of the Billion Dollars Bailout to the failed banking industry. He hadn't yet begun to stump for the Kennedy/Pelosi Healthscare Bill.
Since when does anybody get a supposedly prestigious award for having done SQUAT......?
