Well, Luka was barking a few minutes ago, and I went out to check. He's sitting in his planter barking at a gent outside the gate with an armful of flyers. The guy says.... " I wanted to put one of these in your door, (holding up a handbill) but I didn't want to upset your dog." I smiled and said, " that's exactly how he pays for his room and board."
Works for me....

I can relate to this one. When I was in elementary school (way back the when kids still walked to school) our neighbor's dog would walk to school with me in the morning. That afternoon he'd be back to walk me home. One time, close to time for school to let out, the other kids burst out laughing. I looked around & that dog was standing on his hind legs, looking in the window, just like the pic shows, as if to say "hurry up"!
