Hello Wisconsin! I mean G&G!

Hello everyone. This isn't my first post or first thread but I thought I would start one in the intro thread before I became known. I'm 21, have one daughter, I go to UW-Stout for Computer Science(computer programming if your unsure) but I'm taking some time away from school to be a stay at home dad. I'm kind of new to guns as well but I have some experience. Just got my first gun about a month ago, a Ruger 10/22 Syn/Stainless, and looking to get the Ruger M77 Hawkeye in .308. It won't stop there probably a Walther P22 after that(gotta first convince my girlfriend, shes not a fan of handguns), and I would like to try a Remington, Savage, and Browning rifle (various calibers of course). Also a Winchester Model 70 if they start reproduction. Heard they have great rifles. Not really into assault weapons but give it time who knows. Looking forward to reading and responding to your posts. HandsomeRob (got the name from the movie "The Italian Job")

Thumbs up

Welcome to Gunandgame.com for sure.

Now, I'm interested in how you can afford to be a "stay at home dad", buy all those guns, and how you expect to pay for the toys you've mentioned. Hope you've got this all figured out. Good luck!

Ox

Thanks for all the posts.

Although I really don't know anything about military weapons and nobody I talk to served in the military either. I do like some of the United States military guns. What I meant to say was I'm not interested guns that are considered urban assault weapons nowadays. I could have been clearer. I am very interested in owning a M1 Garand or M4A1(M4 Carbine I believe correct me if I'm wrong). I guess I like guns for their history and tactical uses rather than it makes me look cool in front of all my friends. As affording all those toys I only have one gun and am asking for gift cards for christmas and my birthday to the store I go to for all my gun needs. I'm actually only looking to buy is the Ruger M77 Hawkeye in .308 in the near future for deer hunting next year but I don't expect it anytime soon. All the other guns mentioned are just wishful thinking if you will. I see what you mean though when I wrote "it won't stop there" sounds like I'm going on a gun buying spree. Thats not the case I just meant I look forward to owning and being more involved with more guns.
