hello everyone

Hello to one and all. This is my first post on these boards. I came upon them a few days ago and read lots of posts, seems like a good and interesting bunch here.

My shooting interests are mostly about surplus rifles, of which I own 20 at present and will aquire more as funds permit. I've had my 03 FFL for four years now and find it very useful.

A day at the range is a great day, no matter how well I do (or fail to do). Usually bring two, maybe three rifles with me - more that that I just don't want to have to clean up.

Overview of my collection/accumulation:

12 Mausers, various types
5 MNs, 2 Finns and 3 Russians
2 Enfields
1 K31 (which I love but my chosen username explains why it is not often fired.)

Next planned aquisition - one of those CMP Garands, get 'em while the gettin's good!

Next thing I plan on doing here - figure out how to create a personal icon, then throw in my occasional two cents.

Welcome to the site. I hear you on those CMP garands. They are nice, and a good deal for the money. I have springfield and love it.

Enjoy gunandgame.

Get after it, but that Garand is a bit costly to shoot, also. Get into reloading, and it'll help you save on ammo. Welcome to G&G!!

Welcome cheap you and I think alike I have the k98,k31,1 russian rifle,1 russian carbine, 2 Garands an 03a3, 95 Steyr strait pull, a Luger,a Nagant revolver, and some 45's I need some Enfields yet. But WW2 is covered fairly well and I have the bayonets for them too, Usless I know but looks neat. PS the 95 Steyrs are a cheap buy and the shells are ww2 and cheap but corrosive but you can get brass and reload them instead.
