Getting a signature to work?

Greets. Trying to edit the user CP and simply cannot find where to add a standard signature line. Any help would be muchly appreciated.

You have to make 25 posts, then this feature should work to add a Signature...

Yea, after so many post you'll be able to do more. Owners way of making sure someone isn't joining just to slam the site with spam is all. Other then that, Welcome to G&G. Glad to have you aboard...
