Value of Type 99 With Mum?

I have a Arisaka Type 99 With the Mum intact, with battlefield wear and tear (never shot after WWII capture). Does this increase the collector's value? If so, how much?

The mum does increase the value. The mum was the symbol of the Emperor. Most of the mums were ground or scored so that the Japanese could save face in surrender. I've seen them go for between $125 and $400 depending on condition and completeness. I would guess the intact mum adds $50 to $100.
