Guns wanted

I know there is a wanted section on the forums already but I really dont wanna deal with offers outta state or stuff I dont want. Face to face only and I would really prefer the ottawa/lawrence area. I will travel to Kc and topeka also but prefer not to. I only have a little bit of time I will be in Ks since I am in the military and just visiting the folks and family. If you have been thinking about selling a rifle or shotgun just send me pm and let me know. My intention was to hit cabelas or bass pro up and get a new shotgun and a new rifle. Pretty open on shotguns since I already have 12g but it is an old winchester 2 3/4 only so not alot of options for hunting plus it is a mile long. Rifles 22mag and up let me know, I already have a 30/30 and 45/70 though. kinda looking at the 243-308 range right now but just let me know. Just figured I would give this a shot figured someone might be selling so I would like to help a G&G member and KS residents as well before buy at a store. plrangeease keep in mind uncle sam does not pay all that well so I am not looking to spend a small fortune. Talking about marlin xl7 range

Ive nothing of the sorts, but i tend pawn shops frequently, ill keep an eye out in the Olathe area.

Yea I cruise that site every now and then, really nice feller down there. They are outside of town now cant think of the name of the place though kinda like farm and garden type store of the side of the road. He has a shop inside the building.

ottawa town and country went out of business, so if you go looking for them there, you'll be disappointed.
they moved to a building on third street about a month ago.
it's about a half block west of main

Well that sucks. I will check them out thanks for the heads up Rogue. I tried there site but the sale section was under construction.

Bit late but I ended up getting a few shotguns from Gunguys when I came home. Will be back in early sept thinking about trading my smith and wesson m&p 15 for a couple of lever guns. brand new never fired how sad is that.

i still haven't been in their new store yet, we've moved recently and thisng have been crazy around here. good news is that i'm 2 blocks from there

I like the new store better than the last one, only down side is the lack of close parking but that's not a big deal.

Also there is a dealer at 75 hwy just south of the 68 and 75 junction his name is CD Olson store is called sports mart . He is on vacation for the month of Aug. but will be back sept 1'st check him out .

He has a good selection, but is a bit pricey. Isn't he a member of some militia?

CD's prices are just a bit lower then MSRP. If he doesn't have what you want he can probably get it for you.

Fella didnt strike me as the nicest guy around, but he did have ammo when I could not find it around ottawa. also a decent selection of guns. I felt like he was rushing me maybe it was just me who knows.

yea my favorite part about the store is the dang jerky they sell right by the register, nothing better than some homemade jerky. Guess its worth being rushed a bit
