My wife's ran the just fine. Only time we've had rimlock issues is if we're sloppy in loading the mag. The rim of the upper cartridge needs to fit into the groove of the lower.

I believe they shoot where they are pointed. My wife has a pretty bad jerk (legacy of the S&W 642) but she still hits COM at 7 yards, of course she was aiming at the head. As best I could (dang, its a small gun) I shot it from a bench rest and put three into about a 2" circle.

I tend to jerk as well, though for a different reason. My finger gets bored squeezing that long trigger and when I feel it begin to break I tend to go ahead and yank it. Same thing happens with my PF9.
