Buffalo Bore in a P3AT

Has anyone shot Buffalo Bore in their P3AT? If so, how did it do? I have been looking through my manual and can't see anything about +P ammo. I've emailed Kel Tec but haven't received a reply.

I imagine, like their 9mm's, it won't blow up in your hand. But it probably wil accelerate wear.

Keltec is notoriously slow about responding to email. You're better off giving them a call. Very friendly folks.

I read an article on this. The Kel-Tec was used in testing the B.B.+P and did well. But like anything else,it probably does wear it out faster.

I've used their ammo pretty extensively in other firearms, without problems. The +P is probably OK, but I'd talk with someone before using the +P+ -- the +P+ is fine in my hi-point carbine though.

I'd suggest you e-mail Buffalo Bore as well--they've always been very good about getting back to me every time I've sent them a question.

I emailed Buffalo Bore. Here was their reply.

Our 380 ammo is safe to use in ANY 380 pistol that is in normal operating condition. I carry two Kel Tec's myself and both are loaded with item 27B and both have been fired with all of our 380 loads.
