Well I fixed the problem I took off the bottom floor plate and sanded it down so it would go just a little farther in and they now lock in place.

| How do they function? Did they cost less than the factory mags? Keltec quoted me $21 or so, but that's plus shipping. If my dealer had them, they would be $25- $30( for the factory mags). I'd thought about getting the Meggars; as you say, they make the ones for the Keltec factory.

If you have a P3AT and have had the unfortunate and scary experience to have to use your pistol, and have exhausted the cartridges already in your magazine and gun, I would think that an additional magazine in this situation is a moot point and very wishful thinking --considering the circumstances you have probably been totally disabled one way or the other. I can appreciate purchase of additional magazines for target and practice shooting. Hey to each his own--if it makes you feel better or more confidant than pimp the gun with a laser, with a light, colorize it etc etc and buy more mags but being a realist, I feel (my opinion which certainly can be disputed) the gun is what it is--a close-in, mouse gun for pocket self protection, where its use is over almost before any confrontation started.
