Fighting Knife Questions....

Today, I picked up a U.S. Military fighting knife marked U.S.M3 CASE in an
M8A1 Sheath at a yard sale. Anyone know the value of this Knife ?
Also the leather Handle rings have shrank a bit from drying out, what should I do to swell the leather handle back out, if it is possible ???

the M8A1? you wont get rich by resale a few bucks at most,
to restore it use neatsfoot oil on any leather thats needs attention.
