Excellent Service from KerShaw knives

I thought I would pass along this information about the excellent service my son received from Kershaw Knife Co.

My son is a Policeman and a Paramedic and has to use his knife on occations, more so when he has to use his Paramedic skills.

Anyway the self-opening feature of his knife stoped working, so he FedEx'ed back to Kershaw with a note if you can't fix it that will be o.k. just send it back and I'll buy another one just like it.

Well they didn't fix it, instead sent him a brand new one, isn't that great that company will stand behind there products.

I almost forgot he sent it off one day last week and it came in the mail yesterday, thats pretty good service. Mike

Kershaw is a pretty good CO. and i deal with them alot in returns, for the average joe they just repair it and send it back, You son must have told them about his line of work so they complied in giving him a new one, they do determine what kind of abuse has been done with a knife and do what they feel is right and they dont hassle their customers, also most major brands of knives will repair or replace a knife.
i give them a thumbs up for being in the top ten knife makers.
