The Erma itself would be worth more than a Universal IMHO, as it's a much better copy of the carbine. Adding loaded ammo might not be much of an incentive, at least for me anyway. I just don't much trust shooting someone reloads someone else did, but I treasure my eyesight, and don't care to have a receiver blow up in my face. Not saying you don't know how to reload properly, just that I wouldn't trust my dearest oldest friend's reloads.

The magazines, if USGI, for real 15 round mags, staring price of at least $15.00, the 30 round mags, if real USGI (many have been made that are absolutely fake, but made to look legit) around maybe $100.00 per in the right market. The rubber caps for them aren't real pricey, maybe $5.00 per.

The components and powder, I can't say, I haven't priced them. The leather sling, maybe $15.00, the oiler, if real USGI, maybe the same.

I remember seeing Erma's being sold at Knob Creek last year for around $450.00, so a conservative estimate of what all you're talking about, if real stuff carbine buyers would want would be (just a WAG) around $700.00 range. But the price depends on how willing a buyer is to pay for an item. But that would be around my top price if I were buying. Your mileage may vary.
The ammo is all Korean milsurp, no reloads. While I trust my reloads, I would never give them to someone else to use. Also, I wouldn't shoot my reloads through anyone else's gun. If I screw up and blow up my gun/hands, that's fine. I just don't want to be responsible for blowing up anyone else's gun/hands. I've got everything I need to reload for it, just not the time right now.

Give your friend a good deal, call it 750 for everything.

Realisticaly, the value is around $750 including all of the extras. Ermas are decent carbines, but not particularly collectable. If it is in good condition, its worth $450-$500 by itself. The extras are worth around $200-$250 depending on exactly what they are; commercial vs. military.
