Yeah!!! I seriously doubt it will go anywhere. The Dems. are using it as a prop for compromise. There's several bills floating in the Senate which seek to merely reauthorize the "assault weapons" ban, and that's the Dems. real goal. They know full well that HR2038 is a non-starter.
