| Iver Johnson M1 Disregard my previouse Universal M1 post. Its a Iver Johnson. We took of the stock and found it. It also seems to have real USGI parts. At least the trigger assembly and the operating rod and a few other parts. Maybe the barrel too. Price comes out to $300. with taxes and fees. How much is exchangable with Gi parts? Good buy? Condition is very nice, not abused. Are these good rifles. Gotta know as I might get it next week. Is tere a site that has info on these Iver Johnsons? Thanks.. LOBO |

| IJ bought out Plainfield. Used to have a Plainfield,as I remember they are clones of GI carbines. Mine had some GI parts and was a great shooter. You should be alright with it. |
