I joined this forum quite some time ago but just recently was denied entry, being told that my user name and PW was already in use. I check with the members list and the profile listed was in fact, me. After numerous attempts, I re-registered as landtrain2001, adding the 2001. I'm listed as landtrain and landtrain2001. My profile remains the same. Maybe someone can explain what happened. Its continue to march

My interest remain the same--M1 Carbine collecting and amature gun repair. Have several Mauser projects in the works as well a wildcat M1 Carbine in .25 caliber. The barrel is .256 cal but the rest is USGI Carbine. It is NOT the .256 WinMag.

Welcome back, landtrain.
Keep us up-dated on your .25 conversion. I'm seriously considering a conversion the the 5.7 Spitfire, if I can find reloading and forming dies for the caliber.

Howdy Landtrain. I have had the same log in thing happen to me a time or two on different sites. Not sure exactly what happens but the last time something like that happened was when my account was dormant for a long time. Then I went back and tried to use it and it would not let me log in. Free sight so not sure what happened. Glad you are back.
