| strange stamp on reciever
A friend of mine has a M1 carbine that has a crest or something stamped on the reciever right behind the handguard. It don't say U.S. carbine or anything like that. Any info will be appreciated. Sorry no pics.

Probably the Thai crest. That would make it a Howa.
