| Couple more Garands
Left the house at 6:30 this morning and headed to CMP's North Store. Spent 2 hours looking through what they had. Lots of rack grades , fields , woodless Danes , some recivers and barreled recievers. Nothing really spoke to me but I wasn't leaving empty handed. I picked up two woodless danes, a 6 diget 1942 SA reciever with a VAR barrel ,MW OF 2 and TW of 2.5 . WRA trigger housing and a HRA bolt, milled trigger guard . The other is a SA 1943 with a replacement barrel 1948. MW of 2.75 TW of 2.5 . Haven't stripped them any farther yet. Both should make great shooters.

Orlando, Congrats with two nice shooters!! I hope you'll enjoy shooting them as much as I enjoy shooting mine! (Also enjoy "restoring" them) Rob
