| Member | I'm sure this has been discussed before but... After firing 2 shots of an 8 round en block clip, the remaining 6 rounds along with the clip come flying out of the gun. Where should I start looking for the cause? Thanks! Mike |

| Super Moderator ![]() | I would start at the clip latch/clip latch spring assembly...It should not release until the follower arm comes all the way up after the last shot! Rich

| Senior Member | Good advice. The little spring behind the clip latch loses its strength eventually. Try stretching the spring. If that helps, replace the spring, because it will lose its strength again real soon. Sometimes the hook on the clip latch wears or the tip breaks off. It can be hard to tell, so compare it to a known good latch or check the CMP web site. |

| Senior Member ![]() | yeah I had that problem on tuesday when I shot my rifle. It had only happened with one of the clips I used so also check the wear on the enblock. if its worn then the little hook rfc was talkin about wont lock into place so after a few shots it'll just spring out also.
