M1 Garand

I have another Winchester Garand,been around the block at least twice and lord only knows how wars. I think the last time it was overhaulded was in 64,has low ser.#. Any way on right side of barrel between front sight and top forearm, in quite small letters, is stamped, "ORD Arlington Va", could that be where it was rebuilt?

I think that's an import stamp.
