| Gun Show Atlanta
I got my first M-1 today,at a gun show in Atlanta.Looks to be in good shape,beautiful bore.nice stock.Payed $550.00,plus a very nice china SKS.I had 225.00 in the SKS. The M-1 is a springfield made in June 1943.I hope I did OK on the deal.

We need more details. Who made the barrel, op rod, triger group, etc? Is the wood cartouched or not? ME? TE? How about some pics? A june 1943 SA with correct stock, barrel, lock bars, uncut op rod, etc. is a great deal at what you paid. Anything else depends on what you show us. |

Doug, if you're happy with it, you made a good deal. CMP rifles run equal to or slightly higher. These old war dogs are great weapons and shooters. I'm happy for you.
