Oprod/Sp/Xray M1 Garand

Gentlemen,
These photo's are of the op-rod spring taken using X-ray's. It shows us the Compression as the bullet has left the barrel. I think this will be of interest to you older guys as well as the new guys. It might help some of you that have ask about data on the op-rod springs.
BTW what do you think of that JERK Clancy why should I even reply to his dumb stuff. Just give me a second to copy it and to hell with his books and CD. Why should I support him and his work when I can go to a show and get a tank of gas and not buy from him. He doesn't know anything about the M1 Garand anyway. I just hope you guys aren't backing me up in combat. I would not stand a chance. Thanks for all your interest and HELP

A Veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard, or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to “The United States of America” for an amount of “up to and including my life.”

Thanks again for taking the time and effort to read this data. I hope you have learned a little of the history of the M1 Garand.
