| Senior Member | Garand cartridge belts I acquired these in the early '70's. They're real, not reproductions.The bottom 2 have 1918 dates, the top 3 1942 dates. Surprisingly 2 of the 1942 dates have the seperator snaps, while the 1918 are without them. |

| Military Rifle Collector ![]() | Very nice. Was looking for these at a Military show I went to this summer along with a Tommy gun belt and walked out without them. Way too expensive. You have some good finds for sure.

| Good for you . . . Were they empty or did you perhaps find a packet of pure sulfur in one of the flaps? It was not uncommon for soldiers in WW2 to keep one empty for sulfur to pour into a wound. Both of my uncles carried sulfur packets in Europe. |
