Differnt lots of metals will park differently even when reparked. First I have ever heard specs calling for different finishes. Where do you get your info? Easiest way of telling a repark is just take a close look at it, if the breech is in the white its a good chance it hasnt been refinished. Nothing wrong with a repark as many of them are. Also many of arsenal rebuilds may have different colors park as old worn parts were swapped new parts with and the whole rifle wasnt refinished
