| M1 Barrels '06 - 7.62
Guys - I'm a retired Armorer.. Having built and maintained thousands of the darn rifles for the NAVY and ARMY - I am always being asked to do miracles for guys... Right now I have some guys who are re-enactors looking for shot out barrels - so that I can convert them to "blank firing" rifles. The bores are not important.. I need them in either 30 cal -- or in 7.62. I can refinish them - so outside finish is not important at all.. I refinish and bed MATCH rifles all the time.. M1A's also... Have a good one ......................thanks... |

I think CMP still want a pretty penny for thier used barrels, as collectors are looking to make thier rifles "correct". They don't seem to care as much for bore cond. as much as manufacturer and date. So CMP keeps them a little on the pricy side. Sarco sounds like your best bet. PS. whats your local? |
