... new barrel for my M1 Garand ! Dookiebutt hooked me up with a new barrel for my 1941 M1 Garand ! It's a March 1951 SA barrel ... and a beauty.
... the chances are slim to none that I'd find another 41' barrel ... but this is great ! Now ... on to the gunsmith to make it all work !

I'm just the opposite, I have a barrel and am looking for a good receiever
I have this NOS SA 1952 barrel that I am dying to do something with

Congrats, Larry!!! Now get that thing to the gunsmith and get her installed!!! We have to do some shooting with our Garands!!!!!!
Which gunsmith are you gonna take her to?

Which gunsmith are you gonna take her to?
... a trusted (older) gunsmith in Waunakee. You see ... I have a "go-to" guy for gun information that is a walking encyclopedia, photographic memory, etc ... you know the kind. He trusts him with his firearms ... so I'll trust him with my WWII Garand.
