| You would post this 2 weeks before me & the fam leave for vacation. Otherwise, I'd be "on it". ![]() -Jon in TX.

I am a little confused about what you have total. Do you have 504 rounds total either on end blocs or in boxes/loose? Before you sell off all your ammo, have you looked into buying a rifle from the CMP? Check out their site. They have good rifles for a reasonable price.

Hang on just a minute there Chuck... if your name is Chuck... Why should I pay $330 for 504 rds (65c per rd) when I can get 192 rds for $75 (39c per rd) on CMP?!

First, its $85, and 2nd, a lot of people do not want to / not belong to the CMP Club for the requirement. I guess you could still go to CMP, but then you also have to wait quiet a while before you received them. I am not trying to make money, I just found out what the CMP is, but I have been badly gauged ($150 per can), so I am just trying to recoup some money without ripping other people off. I think my price is reasonable, thanks ![]() P.S. I am adding a dry box + I am eating shipping charges, which is about $30 ~ 40 Last edited by Destroyer219; 06-22-2009 at 10:50 PM. |

I have indeed, but I don't think I can "keep up" with this 30-06 caliber. ![]() Could BARLEY afford 9mms. I am just financially not well off, so until then, need some cash for the rainy day. | |

If you buy from the CMP there is currently 160 to 190 day wait and no guarantee how long their supply will last. They are currently working with commercial suppliers but expect $1 a round price.Comparing CMP prices to shop or gun show prices is basically comparing wholesale prices to retail prices. Also keep in mind the CMP was not the only seller of this ammo on the open market and no one else was selling it that cheap, even at wholesale.190 days from now they may not even have any.
