Garand reveiver number

hey guys,
on another one of my garands the number is D28291 29. I can't find out what date range this would be. Does anyone know? Im trying to figure out if it is a re weld. The receiver doesnt seem to have any of the features of one, but I'd just like to match the numbers to be sure.
thanks

Is that the number on the top rear of the receiver? Kinda looks like a drawing number to me but I am not an expert.

It should say what arsenal it was manufactured. Springfield, Winchester, H&R, etc. Does it say?
