The barrel length is correct, all MK14 Mods 0 & 1 have 18.0" barrels. This one was build right along side SEAL and Para rescue Mod 0s and is identical to issued rifles with notable exceptions: select fire USGI receiver, optics and electronics. Mine is older than the CRANE Mod 0 pictured below... I have removed the Kydex hand guard and replaced the VFG with an AFG. The hooded front sight is what CRANE NSWC uses on their builds, SEI uses standard front sights.
