| i wish theyd go back to the 14's too! i havent seen any ballistics on the 6.8 yet but i bet they cant touch the 308!

| yes I noticed the pistol grip -- the way I see it is if they are comfortable and can get the shot do anything.

| Should have stuck with that rifle...they were worried about the wood stocks rotting in 'Nam...now we got all kinds of synthetic stocks for them...I believe that is a synthetic stock in the photo with the camo pattern made in it...not painted.

| Whitley The 223 Is Designed To Wound, And The Theory Is That The Enemy Would Lose More Men On The Combat Line By Saving Their Wounded Buddies. However, The Enemy Leave Their Wounded Only To Plant Bombs Or Grenades On These Wounded To Take Out Gi S. An M14 Is Much More Devistating And Will Take Out An Enemy Permanently In Most Cases.

| The 6.8 seems to be about the same and the 7.62 X 39 Russian. Just what we need, a round that can't do it's job past 150 yard. |
