| Wow, he must have you know whats the size of grapefruits. Even when the Mythbusters fired guns underwater, they made a remote trigger pull machine to possibly save their hands and fingers. |

| The M1911A1, battle proven for over 80 years, too tough to give up and too stupid to "Know" it's unreliable (laughing at that). Try that run with a M9 and see what happens! I trust and Love my Warhorse!

| I saw an episode of Guns and Ammo TV once where the Torture testers placed a firearm in a pool and fired a few rounds through it. It was determined there was a slight bit of barrel bulging was noticed. I vaguely remember, when I was in the Navy, reading a report on a newer design that was being implemented with some of the handguns that were being deployed by SpecOps to allow them to safely function after being totally submerged. I don't remember the details, I think it had something to do with the bushing design and such. |
