My ("moms") first .45

my mom bought my first .45 It's a llama Minimax 45 subcompact, now keep in mind that pistol is my moms until I'm 21. Although next paycheck I'm going to be buying my mom and I our ccw's and I don't plan on carrying until I'm 21.

anyways, I might go shoot it this weekend so be expecting a range report some time. oh and here are some pictures, enjoy

Congratulations, there is nothing like a firearm and the responsibility that is enherent with it to make a young man feel his worth.I hope you and your mother have many pleasant shooting sessions with it.Unlike your room it is imperative that you clean it after use.Momma cant pick up after you on this one. sam.

That's a VERY short-barreled .45. It should be interesting to see how it shoots. Are you planning on using 230 gr. FMJ ?

Good luck with the pistol and congratulations.

By the way: Don't ever forget "the man" has computers as well. Straw purchase is illegal - you were good until you said you paid for it.

First off if let me make a few things clear. If it was a straw purchase I would not be at the gun store while my mom was buying it, second the store owner would of stopped us, third I LIVE with my mom with no plans to move for at least 3 years.

BTW don't you mean the "men"

Just trying to be helpful - you can loose the attitude.

I know the definition of "straw purchase" and you meet it. Just because the dealer that sold it to your "mother" was an idiot doesn't make it legal. Just because your still living with mama, doesn't mean a thing.

And I don't mean "men" - "the man" is an metaphor for the ATF. Maybe the saying was before your time. If you want to be a jerk, go for it. Good Luck to you - you need it in more ways than one.
