i love my 336 in .35 rem its just something about lever guns that just make me all happy inside. lol mine was make in the 1970s and still fires like a champ i have a 4x32 scope on it witch makes it an even better brush gun

Whats wrong with the Guns you've got or whats wrong with the guns you have or why do you need another gun. How can you argue with that ? A.H

Snijro if you'll go look at some of the Gun auction sites you'll not see very many 35 cal Lever guns so hang on to it you may get more than you paid for it if you ever have to sell it.

yea i didnt pay anything for it, it was passed down to me from my grand dad it was my first big rifle its not ever leaveing my hands but one day if i have kids it might be theres oneday. one point in its life my uncle had it for about 3 years and didnt take care of it too good and could use a bit of refinshing on the barrel.

Hey thanks snijro It looks like I'll be getting a 35 but would prefer a 358 I went to a big auction site after this post and I saw very few Marlin 35's and they all had high prices, at the same site I saw a Marlin 375 that looked well used last year that had a bid of 799 dollars ! I gave 200 even for mine back in 1982 and I never used it until about 5 years ago and it still looks new...A.H
