Question Model 60 trigger pull

I was wondering would it be best to work with the sear or the hammer to lessen my trigger pull? Also is there a way to get rid of the dead area when you first start to pull the trigger?

Pull weight usually has to do with spring tension/pressure. It would be best unless you have fixtures and the knowledge not to do anything to the trigger or sear.
It will never be a super great trigger because of design.
