does anyone know how 2 check the age of a rifle by the serial #,& if so how do u do it and where do u go ? it's a marlin 35 cal

thanks , i found the age of it. i knew it wasn't real old but i took it on a trade and was just wondering. by the way the rifle was made in 71 and it is in great shape.P.S. CANT WAIT 2 SHOOT IT!!!
