Okay guys....this is an opinion question here: What's better quality and can be had decently inexpensive and not search the world to find one? 1) Marlin Model 1894 2) Marlin Model 57 they are both lever action 22 mags. also wondering if anyone has had experience(pros and cons) with either of them....thanks Update: Marlin 57M: $408/NIB Marlin 1894M: $387/NIB screw them, i'll just wait for an idiot(stupider than me) to put one on sale somewhere.

Here's another question, not related to those levers: Taking into consideration the $38 s/h, and the $25 FFL transfer fee; what would be highest you would go on this auction, before it went over value of gun? 22 Bolt Action Rifle...Tube Feed...C&R Ok...No Res - Auction: 8787066 (Ends 09/17/2008, 17 51 PST)Thanks. Update: 22 Bolt Action Rifle...Tube Feed...C&R Ok...No Res - Auction: 8787066 (Ends 09/17/2008, 17 51 PST)this rifle listed is only valued at $75 in excellent condition....this stinks cuz i'm still gonna try and win it
