Your Model 60 is a 1986 vintage.

The first two digits of your rifle are 14. To determine year it was manufactured, subrtact 14 from 2000. Yours is a 1986. My friend has a 1986, I own a 1962...the difference between the two...mine is all metal/machined steel...heavy metal...his has a lot of plastic internal parts. Both shoot fine. Good reliable .22.
