It was bought several yrs ago by an elderly man and sat in his closet mostle...Gunsmith say's it's a shooter and I think I just talked myself into it...Thanks Joe

Griz, grab it guy.

Assuming it's a Turk Gewher even guns in rough shape are known to be great shooters.

In fact the Gewher is one of the most sporterized mausers out there. Gotta be a good reason for that.

And for $70....gee whiz! What a buy.

I realize this is the wrong forum but Oh Well....I went and paid for it today...I was wrong about the price though...$60.69 out the door with a Bayo.....Including a 2.00 Call in fee for IL State Police...Should be able to pick it up tomorrow then on tho the range tomorrow afternoon if all goes well....I'm STOKED!!!
I'll post results after the range...

1942 stamped on the receiver....Looks really cool....Weather/Work kept me from the range so far...maybe tomorrow...
