| 2 Quick Questions I saw this one day while shooting my M24/47. The shells were getting scratched when either after i fire or before, but i didn't know if this was common or not? I thought it might have just been the ammo but none of the shells were like that before i loaded them. Another question is my bolt sticks quite a bit when I got to open the bolt, this is only after i shoot a couple rounds tho, never in before. Any advise on any of these problems or if they happened to you what did you do to fix it? |

| perhaps polish the chamber a bit ? Are you sure there is no cosmo or other gunk still there ? The ammo that sticks, is it your loads or surplus - I'd suspect the latter ? How are the case dimensions before/after shooting ? I'm no expert - just thinking out loud. |

| F1609, what is the date code of your rifle? If it toward the last 2 years of the war you might have one of the ones that the "prisoners" built. They sabotaged the rifles any way they could, messed up the heat treating of the recivers, barrels, machining steps excertera... If it is I would strongly suggest that you get it FULLY checked out to include "magna-fluxing" the barrel and reciever by a reputible gunsmith. I don't want to sound like a doom-and-gloomer, but better safe than sorry...$60.00 is money well spent for piece of mind.
