Swede M96 Scope Rig

Anybody know where to find a QD base/mount setup to scope a Swede?

if you want to drill and tap and bend the bolt handle , leupold and redfield make bases- not QD though. or you could have weaver style bases made from blanks. if you just want to do a scout scope, B-Square makes one.
