I can barely find any information for this gun, does anyone know if any were sold in the US? I think I've seen some old out of date listings on gun trading sites but I was not sure.

Edit: If you cannot buy one of these, I think there might have be a Civilian version of the same action.

Springfield Armory was selling a large order of SP66's at one time ....but I'm sure they are out. I thought the SP66 was one of the "best looking" tactical .308s out there. They also came in .300 WinMag...my Favorite!

Got two of these. Picked these up about a year apart. One has a wood case with Isreali Writing, word is it was used as a sniper rifle. One has a letter for Springfield dated 2001. About 150 of these were imported. Neat riflles. Not often seen most go in the the Gun Safes. HAve seen prices for $4,000 to $6,000 on these.
