Weelll, since this thing got reurected I'll just do what I don't think I did previously - show some photos of my Mausers companions.
1. Most of my G/K 43 rifles and accessories.
2. Someone in an earlier post commented on the SVT 40 someone showed,
here are 2 of my 4 (got 2 more since that old photo was taken).

Hey Sarge you ever have any problems with those svt 40's. I have one that the cartriage cases stick in the chamber after about 40 rounds are fired.

When i was a kid my dad gave me a MP43 to to play army with (no ammo) that he brought back from the war. Really wish I new what happened to it after he died. Course he also restored cars and had stuff like Lincoln gray hound radiator caps... laying around. At 12 your really not aware of the value of things.

Thumbs up

I've got 2 SVTs that I shoot. The only problem I've had was some e German grey lacquered cases sticking. Really irratated me as that stuff is NC. It also stuck in my 91/30. In both instances this was with a cold rifle. No other problems.

Just one.
Bought the nice Yugo 48A at the Memphis gun show about a month ago.

Will let "Mike82" shoot it (and my LE #4 & #5) during the next quick stop in his town.
His club range will sound like the fierce battle at Monte Cassino, Italy.

Hmm, just remembered I have a friend localy with a 1½ ton truck, 3 or 4 half tracks and an armored car. I also know a guy a couple of hrs north of me that has a Stewart tank, an M8 armored car and a half track.
Geez - between the 2 of them & myself we could about arm and transport a motorized/mech Inf company - and be able to communicate within the unit.
Who need to hire a small army? Finding good troops would not be a problem is the price was right.

I have 40 Mausers
14 are still in their original configuration and the rest are in various stages of evolution from Bubba specials to nice customs.
Calibers range from a one of a kind 223 to 35 Whelen.

Wow, I was going to post about my measly little 3. German K98 bringback, Polish WZ98 scrubbed and a sporterized M43 Spanish tackdriver. Well since I posted, anybody have an old project receiver or action I could buy? Looking to build up a 7.62x39 bolt with a barrel I have sitting around. Gotta be cheap though. Haven't been able to find any $40 Turks around here - haha.....

Well since this got resurected again I'll add these - after all a well equipted soldier should have a hand gun. I've got about 65 P.38s and a bunch of other hand guns.

If you have any doubles Sarge that you are interested in trading off for a rifle (or two), id be really interested.

My grandpa used to have a beauty P38 with medals and stuff, he had it loaded at all times even though it was his display piece, sadly he sold it before he passed away but he got good money for it and he needed the money at the time so its not a bad thing.
